FAQ

What is your return policy on clothing? 

 

We can exchange or return any unused or unworn clothing within 30 days of receiving your items.   Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.  Please contact us for more information. 

Is your jewelry nickel-free? 

 

We attempt to buy jewelry that is nickel-free or hypoallergenic, but we buy from various vendor sites and we cannot promise or guarantee the quality since it's purchased from an outside source.  

What if I need to cancel my subscription? 

 

Please contact us on the website contact page above to cancel any subscriptions.

What if I receive an item and it's damaged? 

 

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, so we can coordinate an exchange.  If your item is our handmade polymer jewelry, there is no guarantee we can provide the same likeness or color.  

What if I am unsure what size to purchase? 

 

Please review our sizing chart page found under the "SHOP" in our menu.

What is your return policy on jewelry and crochet items? 

 

We hand make all polymer jewelry and crochet items. Because we cannot guarantee likeness in returns or exchanges, all sales on these are final unless you receive a broken item upon receipt.
