What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express or regular account payments all through Pay-Pal. I also accept Personal Checks and Post Office Money Orders.
Do I need to have a Pay-Pal account?
No, you are not required to have an account through Pay-Pal to purchase items through this store.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
On the date your package is shipped you will receive a courtesy e-mail with a delivery confirmation number or a tracking number, depending on your shipping purchase.
Can you declare the value at 20 dollars so I dont have to pay fees at Customs?
Absolutely not. First off it is a Federal Offense and second of all what if it was ever lost? You would only receive the declared value of 20 dollars. Sorry, but no.
Whats the number for lost International packages?
To report the loss, damage or missing contents of an article sent to you, in a foreign country, call the International Inquiry Center at # 1-800-222-1811. They advise you to have all your information at hand before calling so they can handle it promptly.
How much is shipping if I buy more than one item?
I am more than delighted to combine shipping at $0.50 cents per additional item bought. The highest shipping charge will be applied first and then combined.
Do you charge extra for APO addresses?
Absolutely not. I charge the United States shipping rate for all APO addresses.
I think my package is lost! Now what?
If you purchased insurance:
For all United States lost packages we will both have to wait a minimum of 45 business days from when it was shipped to receive your full money back.
No insurance:
We can only hope and have faith in the ancient Gods & Goddesses of old that it will find its way, for I can not replace the item or give you a refund.
If its a gift can you ship it to that address? Or do you have to ship it to the billing address?
Yes, I can ship a gift to another address besides your billing address. However I will keep it on record through Pay-Pal incase there is a credit card dispute or theft involved.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, at no extra cost. Just let me know its a gift either by e-mail or in the comment section in your Pay-Pal payment.
Do you sell wholesale?
No. That is what makes my jewelry unique and this is how you make your girlfriends jealous with envy.
I have a Bridal Party or Fashion show and you dont sell in large quantities. What can I do?
E-mail me. I may not sell large quantities to companies, however I will always help out at an event or party. Unless the item is a one of a kind. Then a similar item would have to be made for quantity reasons. When in doubt, ask. I dont bite unless asked to.
Where do I put my choker and or jewelry?
Please dont toss it on your bureau or with your party clothes you just threw on the floor. We have all done it. Fold it neatly and store it in a jewelry box, a re-sealable plastic bag or just place it gently on your bureau away from any food or drink.
I want that choker, but its not the right size. What can I do?
Let me help you. E-mail me right away so I can determine if its a one of a kind or one of many.
If its one of a kind, I can not adjust the length, however I can add extra chain links in the back. The only down fall to this is that the fabric will not wrap around your entire neck for a more elegant look.
If a duplicate can be made I can lengthen the fabric at $0.25 cents per extra inch. Most times it will only cost you an extra fifty cents. I have made chokers fit up to 21 neck sizes.
Do you design/make Custom orders?
Yes. I am frequently working on special orders requested from buyers like yourself.
How do I request a Custom order?
Simply click on Ordering a Custom Design and it will bring up an order form for you to print or fill out right there.
How much does a Custom Order cost?
I charge $20 dollars an hour on each design. Plus the cost of materials used.
