Return Policy
Custom Orders:
All sales are final. If the item in question was received broken upon delivery, then I should be notified As Soon As Possible.
You can contact me by phone or e-mail, located on the contact info page. I will fix the item in question in a reasonable and professional manner. Shipping will be at your own expense. Thank you.
Non-Custom Orders:
If you would like a refund, please return the item in five business days as it was received and without being worn or used. There is a 10% fee on all returns. This is to cover any fees through reimbursing your payment as well as shipping & handling.
If the item in question was received broken upon delivery, then I should be notified As Soon As Possible.
Types of Payment Accepted
I accept Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express or regular account payments all through Pay-Pal.
Note: You are not required to have a Pay-Pal account to purchase from this store.
I also accept Personal Checks and Post Office Money Orders. Once the payment clears your package will be shipped. (Personal checks can take 5-7 business days)

Lost Packages
All United States packages have been shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number. This is to ensure that yes the package was shipped on this date & what date it arrived at its final destination.
If the package does come up missing, we will both have to wait a minimum of 45 business days from when it was shipped to receive your full money back or a duplicate will be re-sent to you, depending on what you would like to do.
Now this policy is for only those who have purchased insurance on their package.
If no insurance was bought, we can only hope and have faith in the ancient gods & goddesses of old, that it will find its way. For I can not replace the item or give you a refund.
International:
All International packages have been shipped with a customs form and contacting your customs office with the number on the form might help locate it. Some customs make you pay a fee for receiving packages that are valued over a certain price.
By law I have to write the Declared value and contents in the package. If your package becomes missing the total value on the customs form is honored and a full refund is guaranteed.
For example: Your necklace is worth $78 dollars and I write $20 dollars to avoid custom fees for you, I will be breaking Federal Law and if your package becomes missing, you will only be refunded $20 dollars.
To report the loss, damage or missing contents of an article sent to a foreign country, call our International Inquiry Center at #1-800-222-1811.
Again, Declared Value will not be adjusted for it is illegal. Mail fraud is a Federal Offense.

Custom Orders
Once a custom order has been made, it becomes the property of Poisoned Apple Boutique and can be re-sold under the owners name without liability. Custom orders can take 2 to 6 weeks for completion. Once the order has been completed a finished photo will be sent to you, via e-mail. If you are satisfied with the completed look, I will send you an invoice through Pay-Pal.
